Not Happy With Your Show Plates?

We check all orders are up to standard before shipping, however, if upon receiving your show plates you find an error with any incorrect number(s) or letter(s) than what you asked for when ordered, or the plate is defective/damaged, you must notify us within 7 days from when you received them. You may be asked to show pictures of the error/damage. Upon seeing the error/damage, we will then organise and send a courier service to retrieve the show plates containing the error/damage from you and send you a replacement once we have received them.

 

However, we manufacture the show plates with the exact registration given by the customer, as when placing your order the customer agrees that the registration entered is correct. Therefore we are not responsible for any error made by the customer and will not give a refund for their mistake. We ask that you double check that your registration is correct before placing your order.

 

Damaged Or Lost Show Plates?

We are not responsible for any damages that occurs during transit. Nor are we responsible for any orders or returns lost in transit. We will not give a refund for either scenario.

 

We urge that if you are unhappy with your show plates that you do not affix them as if at any point in the 7 days after receiving your show plates you fit your plates, you accept the quality of show plates and therefore no refund or replacement can be given.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Upon ordering your show plates we aim to start manufacturing them immediately, therefore we do not accept any order cancellations or amendments and cannot issue a refund of order.
