Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by ANPRsheild showplates and who will herein after be referred to as the ‘Company’.

Any person who is applying to purchase goods and services from the ‘Company’ will herein after be referred to as the ‘Purchaser’.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully and if you have any questions or are uncertain as to the meaning of any aspect of these terms and conditions then you must contact us prior to placing any order, as any order received and acted upon by us the Company are on the understanding that our terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the Purchaser.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that all details that are entered into the Company website forms are submitted correctly. The Company manufactures show plates with the exact registration given by the Purchaser, as when placing the order the Purchaser agrees that the registration entered is correct. Therefore we are not responsible for any error made by the Purchaser and will not give a refund for their mistake.

The Company will notify the purchaser the service we provide begins as soon as the order is received through email. No cancellations or amendments are accepted once your order has been placed. Subsequently there is no ‘cooling off’ period. The transaction cannot be reversed and no refund can be given.

Every attempt is made to ensure the fastest dispatch of our products. The Company cannot accept responsibility for any delays or errors caused by the postal system, third-party carriers and e-mail.

All show plates are quality checked before leaving the premises. The Company will not replace or refund goods that are damaged during transit. If the Purchaser has received goods that are do not meet their expectations or to our quality standard then they are to contact the company with photos within 7 days. The Company may issue refunds or replacements upon sight of the photos. The Purchaser must not fit any damaged/goods they are not happy with as upon doing so the Purchaser accepts the quality of the goods and no replacement or refund will be issued.

The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the full refund of monies paid to the Company by the Purchaser only and no claims for damages, interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained.

The Company manufactures show plates only. These show plates are sold for ‘off-road’ use only, show use, rally days, car shows, exhibitions and use on private land where laws governing the manufacture and use of plates do not apply.

We the Company are not responsible for any prosecution or legal actions taken against the Purchaser who intends to use the plates on any vehicle(s) driven on the UK highway.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Purchaser and Company in respect of the purchase.

No verbal guarantees or conditions expressed or implied shall have effect on these Terms and Conditions.

If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired or invalidated.
